Shipping Policy-
We provide free shipping once the preservation process is done.
You are expected to ship your bouquet & additional flowers, if wanted, to us within 24-48 hours of your event. Please review our "FAQ" page for further shipping info.
Refund & Return Policy-
We custom-design each item with high attention to detail and follow company standards. We, unfortunately, can't offer returns or refunds on final products, that pass our standards.
If you are unhappy with your product, please email us.

We can offer a 75% refund, if the flowers arrive to the shop, and are unworkable.

Cancelation Policy-
Change in wedding plans? No problem. You may cancel your reservation 3 months in advance, of your wedding date. We can offer a 50% refund.
Has your wedding date changed? Email us, we can switch your wedding/preservation dates with no hassle.
